Day 80 - How High Can I Go?

Tonight - all of the birds decided to get into the action of landing on daddy's arms when it came to bed time. Everyone fought for the highest position and it became quite a workout keeping them perched!

Day 80 - Silkies fugly stage

The silkies are 5 weeks old now and have really gotten into that awkward teenage stage that makes them just fugly!  They are much more feisty now and don't like to be held. Hope that changes soon!

Day 68 - Parrot?

Onyx now has this love for sitting on our arms when we go out to visit. She better be careful and no peck her dad, or he won't allow it anymore!

Day 66 - Outside adventure

Today the silkies took their first adventure outside. They didn't like it as much as the older girls do - kinda froze in shock at the wide open.

Day 65 - Dirty Birds

Silkies are too much in love with their baby parrot mush - they get it all over themselves!

The girls are getting bigger and stronger every day!

Today the girls decided upon their favorite shade spot!  Bonus - great place to dust bathe too!
